The Moroccan Sports Arbitration Chamber
The Moroccan Sports Arbitration Chamber was established under Article 50 of Law No. 30-09 relating to physical education and sports, and operates according to Decree No. 2-10-628 issued on November 4, 2011. The Chamber aims to provide an independent and effective mechanism for resolving sports disputes in Morocco.
Jurisdictional Independence
The Chamber enjoys complete independence in its decision-making, ensuring fairness and impartiality in all sports arbitration cases as per Article 45 of the implementing decree.
Expertise and Procedure
The Chamber includes arbitrators specialized in sports law and follows strict procedures outlined in the implementing decree to ensure effective and fair handling of disputes.
Enforcement of Decisions
According to Article 70 of the decree, the Chamber's decisions are final and binding on all parties after the expiry of the 10-day appeal period.
